Popcorn-a-Plenty

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 15 min.
  3. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  4. Frost cupcakes with Cool Whip.
  5. Squeeze 2 marshmallow halves unevenly together to resemble a popped popcorn kernel; place on top of cupcake.
  6. Repeat with enough of the remaining marshmallow halves to cover top of cupcake.
  7. (You will need to use about 30 marshmallow halves for each cupcake.)
  8. Repeat with remaining marshmallows and cupcakes.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
