Creamy Greek Chicken Pasta Salad
- 8 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried penne pasta
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Half & Half
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups skinned, boned, chopped deli rotisserie chicken
- 4 ounces (1 cup) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 medium (1 cup) tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 medium (1 cup) English cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata or ripe olives, halved
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain; rinse with cold water.
- Set aside.
