Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken
- 1-1/4 lb. (565 g) bone-in chicken pieces (legs, breasts, thighs), skin removed
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing, divided
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- Place chicken in large shallow dish.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp dressing.
- Mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
- Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each piece.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken 30 to 35 min.
