Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken

  1. Place chicken in large shallow dish.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp dressing.
  3. Mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  4. Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each piece.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  8. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Grill chicken 30 to 35 min.
  10. or until done (170 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.
