Sis's Taffy Apple Salad Recipe

• 1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drain and save juice
• 2 c. mini marshmallows
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 8 ounce. Cold Whip
• 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar (white)
• 2 c. diced red and yellow unpeeled apples
• 1 1/2 c. Planter's cocktail peanuts

2. Mix pineapple and marshmallows.
3. Put in refrigerator.

5. Mix together juice, egg, vinegar, flour and sugar.
6. Cook till it boils.
7. Cover and cook in refrigerator.

9. Before serving, stir Cold Whip into above juice mix.
10. Add in apples and peanuts.
11. Enjoy!
