Blueberry Maple Crisp Recipe
- 4 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 c. Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Almond extract

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon and cornstarch and put in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish.

- In a bowl, blend flour and sugar and cut in butter and almond extract to create a crumbly mix.
- Sprinkle flour mix over berries and bake for 30 min till lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
