Ground Meat Main Dish

  1. In a bowl, combine meat, crumbs and milk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 36 meat balls.
  4. Drain pineapple (keep juice).
  5. In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, oil and seasonings.
  6. Add meat balls.
  7. Cover.
  8. Refrigerate overnight. Turn once.
  9. Drain meat balls.
  10. Keep marinade.
