Cinnamon-Sugar Pecans

  1. Place two egg whites in large bowl; beat slightly.
  2. Add pecan halves to egg whites; stir until covered.
  3. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.
  4. Pour over pecans; stir until well covered.
  5. Spread on cookie sheet that is covered with brown paper.
  6. (I use lunch bags.
  7. ).
  8. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove immediately from brown paper; let cool on waxed paper.
