Jalapeno nacho cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- tsp 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 8 oz shredded cheddar
- 1 cup Jalapenos
- Melt butter in pan, over medium flame.
- Add flour whisk until paste.
- Add milk, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Then whisk it all together for about a minute.
- Turn off heat and add 8 oz of shredded chedder.
- Whisk until creamy.
- Add Jalapenos (optional)
