Sorullitos

  1. Combine cornmeal and cheese.
  2. Bring water and butter to boil in saucepan.
  3. Add to cornmeal mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  4. Divide into 12 pieces; roll each piece on lightly floured surface to 4-inch-long log.
  5. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat to 375 degrees F. Add cornmeal logs, in batches; cook 4 min.
  6. or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm with sour cream.
