Fragrant Yuzu Pepper Paste: Chikuwa Fish Stick and Cucumber with Mayonnaise and Cheese

• 1 large Chikuwa
• 1 medium Cucumber
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
• 1 dash Sugar

1. Slice the chikuwa and cucumber into 3-4 cm strips.
2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, add the cucumber and chikuwa and mix.
3. You can add paprika powder for color, or sesame seeds, which are delicious too.
