Indulgent Brownie Torte

  1. Heat oven to 300.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil so foil extends about 2"-inches over sides of pan.
  3. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  4. Make brownies as directed on box for cakelike brownies in a 13x9"-inch pan.
  5. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Remove from pan by lifting foil; peel foil away.
  7. Trim sides if desired.
  8. Cut brownie crosswise into thirds; place one piece on serving plate.
  9. Spoon frosting into microwavable bowl.
  10. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 15-20 seconds; stir frosting until smooth.
  11. Pour 1/3 of the frosting over brownie piece on serving plate.
  12. Place another brownie piece on top; pour half of remaining frosting over second brownie piece.
  13. Top with remaining brownie piece; pour remaining frosting over top.
  14. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
  15. Garnish with chocolate curls.
  16. Store loosely covered.
