Mediterranean Baguette Sandwich Recipe

  1. Cut out the 2 ends of a baguette bread (12" long without the ends).
  2. Open it and add in the extra virgin olive oil, oregano flakes and a dash of black pepper (optional) allowing the oil to soak into the bread.
  3. Fill it with the salami, tomatoes and lettuce leaves, close and press-heat the sandwich.
  4. It is also quite good at room temperature.
