Mediterranean Baguette Sandwich Recipe
- 1 12+ inch baguette bread
- 5 ounce. thin sliced salami
- 2 thin sliced tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 teaspoon oregano flakes
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- dash of grnd black pepper (optional)
- Cut out the 2 ends of a baguette bread (12" long without the ends).
- Open it and add in the extra virgin olive oil, oregano flakes and a dash of black pepper (optional) allowing the oil to soak into the bread.
- Fill it with the salami, tomatoes and lettuce leaves, close and press-heat the sandwich.
- It is also quite good at room temperature.
