BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

  1. Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker and add boneless pork ribs.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours-or until meat shreds easily.
  3. Remove meat & shred with two forks.
  4. It will seem that's not working right away, but it will.
  5. Preheat oven to 35o degrees.
  6. Transfer shredded pork to an oven proof dish & stir in BBQ sauce (or return to crock pot).
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
