Squeeze Bread
- 2 whole Pita Breads
- 10 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 4 slices Gouda Cheese
- Take the pita bread and cut it through the middle.
- Spread the tomato paste on both sides.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Put the cheese on one half.
- Put the other side on top of it.
- Then put the bread in a contact grill and toast it for about 5 minutes.
- Eat it when its still warm.
- The bread can be topped with everything you like: salami, olives, etc.
- Be creative!
