Squeeze Bread

  1. Take the pita bread and cut it through the middle.
  2. Spread the tomato paste on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Put the cheese on one half.
  5. Put the other side on top of it.
  6. Then put the bread in a contact grill and toast it for about 5 minutes.
  7. Eat it when its still warm.
  8. The bread can be topped with everything you like: salami, olives, etc.
  9. Be creative!
