Apple Topping For Breakfast Breads Recipe

  1. Add in all ingredients except sugar substitute to a microwaveable bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Microwave on high for 4 min or possibly till tender.
  4. Stir.
  5. Microwave another 2 min.
  6. Add in the sugar substitute to taste, optional.
  7. Use as a topping for pancakes, crepes, waffles, French toast, English muffins or possibly even chicken.
  8. This recipe yields eight 1/2-c. servings.
  9. NOTES : Diabetics or possibly those on calorie-controlled diets may count one serving as: 1/2 fruit exchange.
