Creamy Pineapple Jello Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water.
  2. Add in cool water, lemon juice and lowfat sour cream.
  3. Beat till blended.
  4. Quick refrigeratein freezer 20-25 min or possibly till hard 1 inch around edge and soft in center.
  5. Pour in bowl and whip till fluffy.
  6. Mix in pineapple, cherries and nuts.
  7. Refrigeratetill hard.
