Easy Appetizer Recipe

  1. Cut bacon in short strips to wrap around a water chestnut.
  2. Pre-cook bacon in microwave.
  3. Wrap each bacon strip around water chestnuts and secure with toothpick.
  4. Put in 8 1/2 x 11 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover each wrapped water chestnut with barbeque sauce then top with apricot jam.
  6. Heat in oven till bacon is well done.
