Taco Casserole with TATER TOTS

• 1 lb. lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 can (11 oz.) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
• 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
• 3/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
3. Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish.
4. Spoon corn over meat mixture; spread soup over corn.
5. Arrange TATER TOTS in single layer over soup.
6. Bake 40 to 45 min.
7. or until potatoes are lightly browned and mixture is bubbly.
8. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
