Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

• 1 beaten egg
• 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 c. pancake mix (see recipe below)
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 tbsp. honey

1. Combine everything but pancake mix; mix well.
2. Add in mix and stir till batter is blended, but slightly lumpy.
3. Fry as usual.
