Healthier $#%& Beef Stroganoff

  1. Lightly saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Stir in ground beef and brown.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, mushrooms and pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes before stirring in soup.
  5. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over noodles.
