Bean Counter

• 6 14 cups cooked black beans
• 7 12 cups cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
• 6 14 cups cooked pink beans
• 5 cups cooked pinto beans
• 5 cups red kidney beans
• 6 14 cups cooked white kidney beans (cannellini)

1. Dried beans will double or triple in volume depending on the variety.
2. A one pound bag of dried beans will yield the amount above when cooked.
3. I took a stab at number of servings and prep time because it's required by the program, but it's just a guess, so please follow the directions on the bag.
