Live Longer Lasagna Recipe
- 2 Packages whole wheat spinach noodles (no Large eggs, no fat)
- 2 c. carrots, shredded
- 2 c. zucchini, shredded
- 3 jars Paul Newman's meatless sauce (add in 1 lg. can tomato juice & 2 teaspoon oregano)
- 2 c. non-fat yogurt
- 2 Packages Alta-Dena fat free, lactose free cheese
- Layer pan with sauce.
- Add in lasagna noodles.
- Cover with zucchini and carrots and grated cheese.
- Fold yogurt into sauce and cover.
- Repeat layers, (noodles on top).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
