Snow Pea Salad

  1. Cook the snow peas in a small amount of boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. They should be tender but still crisp.
  3. Chill.
  4. Combine with water chestnuts, tomatoes, and green onions.
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  6. Add to the vegetables and toss gently.
  7. Chill overnight for best results.
