Sag Station Tossed Salad (From Young Chefs Academy)
- 9 cups lettuce (I used a blend of mixed salad greens)
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 13 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoons unsalted sunflower seeds
- 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons minced shallots
- 4 teaspoons white wine, vingar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoon orange zest

- In a large salad bowl, gently toss the greens, mandarin oranges, green onions, and the sunflower seeds.

- Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk.

- Pour over salad, toss, and serve.
