Chili-Cheddar Beer Dip

  1. Beat Neufchatel and beer with mixer until well blended.
  2. Stir in cheddar; spread onto large serving plate.
  3. Place lettuce around edge of Neufchatel mixture; fill center with chili.
  4. Sprinkle with onions, olives and tomatoes.
  5. Serve with chips.
