Basic Kamatama Udon

  1. Boil the udon.
  2. Mince the green onion and set aside.
  3. Once the noodles have finished boiling, drain them and transfer them to a bowl.
  4. Add the egg and mix it in well.
  5. Garnish it with green onion, add the dashi soy sauce and enjoy.
  6. Kansai-style Udon.
  7. Kansai-style Kitsune Udon.
