Apple Cider Vinaigrette
- 1 qt. apple cider
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup shallots, diced
- 1 qt. olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh thyme, chopped
- - kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients except oil, thyme, salt and pepper in blender; cover.
- Blend well.
- With blender running, gradually add oil in steady stream through feed tube at top of blender, blending well after each addition.
- Pour dressing into storage container.
- Stir in thyme; season with salt and pepper.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until well chilled.
- Serve over torn mixed salad greens.
