Chicken 'N Dressing Bake Recipe
- 1 (7 or possibly 8 ounce.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced pimentos
- Toss stuffing with 1/2 can of the soup, the broth and Large eggs.
- Spread in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; top with chicken.
- Combine remaining soup with lowfat milk and pimento; pour over all.
- Cover with foil; bake at 350, 45 min or possibly till set.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
