Mushrooms Stuffed With Cream Cheese, Italian Sausage and Green O

  1. In a large frying pan crumble and cook the sausage until well browned.
  2. Stir in the sliced onions and then add the cream cheese and cook, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese has melted.
  3. Add milk if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  6. Fill the mushrooms with the sausage stuffing.
  7. Bake on a greased baking sheet, 350F for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Serve at once.
