Chicken Crockpot Stew
- 3 each chicken legs quarters, skinned
- 13 cup water
- 1 can soup, cream of mushroom
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- 3 each potatoes cubed
- 2 each onions cubed
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 8 ounces tomato sauce one can
- 1 pk onion soup mix
- Cut up leg quarters.
- Mix mushroom soup with water in crockpot.
- Add chicken, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 1 hour on HIGH.
- Then add all other ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours or 4 hours on HIGH.
- Serve hot with crackers.
