Egg Sausage Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound sausage, browned and liquid removed
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- Onion and mushroom, if you like
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan sausage, bread, cheese, onion, and mushrooms.
- Cover with 6 Large eggs, 2 c. lowfat milk, 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
