Breakfast Butters Recipe
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/3 c. Peach preserves
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/3 c. Strawberry preserves
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1.
- For each flavor of butter, whip butter with electric mixer in a small bowl till smooth and fluffy; gradually add in remaining ingredients.

- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Notes: These are especially great for those who like to keep refined sugar to a minimum.
- Just use naturally sweetened, no sugar added preserves, omit the sugar and use honey and then use them on French Toast or possibly Pancakes, waffles, of even toast !
