Mash Potato Picnic Salad

• 1 cup Cold mashed potatoes
• 1 Hard boiled egg
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Dill pickle relish or finely diced dill pickles
• 1 tbsp Dill pickle juice
• 1/4 tsp Celery salt
• 1/4 tsp Mustard
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper

1. Mash the hard boiled eggs as fine as possible.
2. Mixed with the dressing ingredients.
3. Then blend with the mashed potatoes.
4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
5. Can be made a day or two in advance.
