Mash Potato Picnic Salad

  1. Mash the hard boiled eggs as fine as possible.
  2. Mixed with the dressing ingredients.
  3. Then blend with the mashed potatoes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  5. Can be made a day or two in advance.
