Chicken, Artichoke, Spinach and Brown Rice Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hot rice and the spinach.
  4. Stir until the spinach wilts.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients except 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, stir well and place in a 9 x 12 greased pan.
  6. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
