Un Stuffed Peppers Recipe
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 2 bell peppers (green, red, yellow, or possibly mix) minced or possibly strips
- 1 garlic glove
- 4 servings rice (i use minute rice)
- 1 medium onion minced
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. shredded mozarella cheese
- Start rice first if not using Minute Rice.
- Brown grnd beef with onions and drain excess fat.
- Meanwhile, cook rice if using regular rice.
- Return meat and onions to skillet, stir in peppers and garlic.
- Heat for 2-3 min on medium.
- Stir in rice and sauce, cover and heat over medium heat for 5 min.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top just before serving, making sure which the cheese melts.
- Makes 4 - 6 servings.
