Un Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Start rice first if not using Minute Rice.
  2. Brown grnd beef with onions and drain excess fat.
  3. Meanwhile, cook rice if using regular rice.
  4. Return meat and onions to skillet, stir in peppers and garlic.
  5. Heat for 2-3 min on medium.
  6. Stir in rice and sauce, cover and heat over medium heat for 5 min.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top just before serving, making sure which the cheese melts.
  8. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
