Delicious for picky eaters.
- 1 can corn
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 lb grounded turkey
- 1 pepper, chile, vegeta, salt
- 3 to 4 table spoons of barbecue sauce
- 3 potatoes of your choice. prefer yellow potaotes
- 1 table spoon of tomato paste
- In a cooking pan add your raw grounded turkey, onion and seasonings to your taste.and potaotes.
- Cook till the turkey is cooked.
- Add your undrained can of corn and beans.
- Your choice to drain or not the beans.
- I didn't.
- And 3 to 4 table spoons of barbecue sauce and a table spoon of tomato paste.
- Let it cook for 20 to 30 min .
- Stir every 10 to 15 min.
- Making sure it's not sticking to the pan.
- If your potatoes don't cook and your running low on sauce in pan and it starts sticking add a little water about a 1/4 cup of water and add 4 more table spoons of barbecue sauce .
- And more chile so it won't be too sweet cause of the barbecue sauce.
- Stir and cover with with a lid and let it cook when potatoes are cooked.
- Take off heat let it stand for 15 min covered .
- Than serve .
- My family loved this so much they all had two servings.
