Cookie Pie

  1. Very easy!
  2. Layer nine or so cookies in the bottom of a nine-inch pie pan -- don't squish them in!
  3. They'll crumble!
  4. It's okay if they overlap.
  5. This will form the crust.
  6. If you make thin cookies like these, you'll have a pie with more layers.
  7. Spread that layer with frosting and add another layer.
  8. It's cookie lasagna, basically.
  9. Keep adding layers until you run out of cookies, and top it with frosting.
  10. Garnish with shavings of chocolate, M & M's, peanut butter cups, what have you.
  11. 'Fridgerate in the fridge for a few hours and eat!
  12. This is really easy and really yummy!
