Thai Chicken and Sesame Noodles
- 1 cup Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 lb Chicken
- 2 tbsp Chunky Peanut Buttet
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 8 oz Thin Spaghetti
- 3/4 cup Carrots - Shredded
- 3/4 cup Green Onion
- 1/4 cup Cilantro - chopped
- Pour 1/3 cup of dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat.
- Cover & refrigerator 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain, discard dressing
- Mix remaining 2/3 cup dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside.
- Cook chicken in large Smollett on medium-high heat until done.
- Add carrots and onions-heat.
- Mix chicken, carrots,onion, spaghetti & cilantro.
- Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat.
