Bak Choy With Ginger
- 5 slice of ginger
- 2 cup stock of your choice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 cup bok choy
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- in pan with oil saute ginger then add the stem first for 1 minute then add the leaf of the bok choy
- add stock and bring to a boil then simmer for 2 minute then add salt and light soy sauce then simmer for another 1 minute ( I perfer a crunchy bite ) or longer if you prefer a very soft vegetable
ginger, your choice, oil, bok choy, soy sauce, salt
