Easy Chicken with Celery Cream Sauce

  1. Season chicken breasts.
  2. Heat butter or olive oil in pan.
  3. Saute on each side until nicely caramelized.
  4. Remove and set aside
  5. Heat butter.
  6. Add onions and celery.
  7. Cook until nearly tender.
  8. Add garlic.
  9. Saute 30 seconds.
  10. Add cream of celery soup.
  11. Add milk.
  12. Return chicken to pan and put in preheated 350 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165.
  13. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
  14. Variations; White wine, aged white cheeses, lemon zest, asparagus, celery seed, celery root, horseradish
  15. Try with pork or beef too.
