Rice Waffles
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup rice, cooked and cooled
- 3 egg whites
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
- Set aside.
- Beat egg yolks until thick.
- Slowly add milk, mixing well.
- Blend in butter and rice.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix only until batter is blended.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold into batter.
- Cook as a waffle.
