Liver Fricassee Recipe

  1. Dredge liver in flour and 1 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt, brown in fat.
  3. Combine water, catsup, salt and add in to liver.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add in potatoes, carrots, onions and celery.
  6. Cover and cook gently 30 min.
  7. Serves 6.
