Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Balls Recipe
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 bag Nestle's chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick butter
- Heat butter in a 2 qt saucepan.
- Add in peanut butter.
- Heat till smooth.
- Add in Rice Krispies.
- Remove from heat and let cold 10 min.
- Heat chocolate chips till smooth.
- Roll Rice Krispies into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls.
- Dip ball into melted chocolate (top 1/2).
- Place on a cookie sheet to harden in freezer.
- Eat frzn or possibly thaw, your choice!
- Enjoy!
