Pork Stew In Stone's Ginger Wine
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 750 ml stone's ginger wine
- 6 large ginger slice
- 8 clove garlic with skin
- 2 stick cinammon stick
- 6 star anise
- 800 grams PORKTAIL /RIB OR ANY MEAT
- COOKING IN POT ON STOVE
- in pan brown pork together with ginger slice , garlic , , cinnamon stick and star anise
- then add sauce coat well then pour stone's ginger wine bring it to a boil
- simmer in pot with lid cover for 2 hours stiring every half hour then serve
- OR OPTION COOKING IN PREASURE COOKER ON HIGH FOR 40 MINUTE
- SERVE PORK STEW IN STONE'S GINGER WINE WITH WHITE RICE
