Castle Stuffed Peppers
- 10 White Castle hamburgers
- 3 lg. green peppers
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 dash Tobasco Sauce
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise and core.
- Chop up hamburgers and mix in eggs, chili powder, cumin and Tobasco.
- Stuff peppers and place in baking dish.
- Top with salsa and cover.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
