Easy Basic American Chop Suey

  1. Boil water with salt according to package directions or desired consistency.
  2. Meanwhile, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Saute onions and celery in butter (or garlic butter) until edges turn brown.
  5. Drain pasta and put back in pot.
  6. To pot add 1 1/2 jars of sauce and (drained) veggies, and ground beef.
  7. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
