Kiwi-Cuke Mango Salsa
- 1 whole Ripe Mango, Peeled And Diced
- 4 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 cups English Cucumber, Diced, Or Regular Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced
- 1/2 whole Vidalia Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 3 whole Limes - Juice From
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add salt, taste, and add more if desired.
- Serve immediately, or cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to one day.
- Delightful served with salty tortilla chips or baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips or won ton crisps.
