Gia Pad Naam Prik Powe
- 300 grams of chicken cut mouth full size
- 1 onion think slices
- 1/2 of each yellow and red sweet peppers cut big slices
- 50 grams of broccoli
- 50 grams of slices carrot can add more if you want
- 2 tbsp of sweet chilli paste in oil
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp of frying oil
- In the heatingpan pan add oil heat till hot add chicken fry till cook add all vegetables in the pan .
- Add chilli paste and chicken stock into the pan and add all flavour in to the pan stir fry u ntill vegetables are cook .
