Blueberry Sauce

  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Stir in the water.
  3. Add blueberries and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer until thickened, about 4 minutes, continuing to stir.
  5. Remove from heat, add fruit juice.
  6. Serve over pancakes, ice cream or mix with plain yogurt.
