Mini breakfast muffins
- 7 oz Marie Calendars Cheese Biscuit Mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (divided for topping the muffins)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup your favorite type of sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Line a cupcake tray with paper cupcake liners.
- First, whisk the 1/4 cup of melted butter, the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and the 1/3 cup of milk together until blended.
- Slowly start to incorporate the cheese biscuit mix into the blended milk, oil, and butter until a moistened dough forms.
- Next, incorporate a 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of your favorite sausage, 1/2 cup of cilantro and 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese into your moistened dough.
- Spoon your dough mixture into the cupcake liners, after, sprinkle the remaining half cup of cheese on each muffin until it's gone.
- Pop the muffins in oven for 9-12 minutes.
